Making a Deposit

Welcome to the Club! If you have received your estimate from Luxe Bridal Club, you are now ready to make a deposit and schedule your pickup date so we can begin to preserve your beautiful gown.

But first, we need to cover some important Terms and Conditions. Once you have read and acknowledged our terms and conditions, you will be able to make a deposit, and the rest is up to us!

  • Charges: quotes are based on size and description of the wedding gown as given by the customer on the telephone are subject to review and correction upon inspection by the Company. 
  • Terms: Deposit due in order to book the service. ($150.00) Final payment will be charged when preservation is completed, and Luxe Bridal Club will contact the client to arrange return delivery. 
  • Insurance: For the protections of our clients, we have procured insurance covering the property received from them against: loss by fire, water, burglary, theft and the perils of transportation while in the Company’s care, custody, and control for an amount not exceeding the actual cash value of the property insured at the time of loss with proper deduction for depreciation. 
  • Limit of Liability for Process: The company shall not be liable for any change in textures, size, shrinkages, or the appearance of any gown. Manufacturers do not pre-process any gown, and as such the materials used for the construct of the gown are subject to change once they are put into the professional cleaning process. We do not guarantee the outcome of any gown. In no event shall the company be obligated or responsible to pay for the replacement or loss of value for any conditions resulting from a professional cleaning. 
  • By execution of this contract between the client and company, the customer respectively constitutes and acknowledgment of this contract and acceptance by each of the conditions stated above. The Signers agree that the foregoing includes all of the terms in this contract between Customer and the Company. Any change in the terms of this contract must be stated in writing by an officer of the company.
